The ASAP Spelling Intermediate level workbook is a foundational program designed to quickly improve spelling proficiency for intermediate level students. The curriculum is designed to be simple, logical, and organized, increasing confidence in reading and writing. ASAP Spelling Intermediate contains 150 different spelling patterns and more than 1800 words using modern American/English vernacular. ASAP Spelling encourages students to work independently by using simple directions that students can understand with minimal words to convey expectations. No large teacher manuals are required!
The ASAP Spelling workbook emphasizes recognition of spelling patterns to build confidence while seeking and finding connections to student’s prior knowledge, staying within the zone of proximal development where learning takes place. The ASAP Spelling curriculum is divided into two workbooks: Intermediate A and Intermediate B. After completing Intermediate A, students move on to Intermediate B. Using two workbooks helps each book remain durable, manageable, and well cared for during daily use throughout the year.
